What's your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel or amend a reservation we require your notification at least 24 hours before departure. A full refund will be given, less than 24 hours notice no refund will be given.

Do you cancel if its raining?
No we only cancel if safety is an issue or because of road closure, only about 6 times per year average.

Will I get seasick?
Very unlikely we have been operating a cruise for about
6 years with only 4 people sick in that time.

When is the best time to visit?
No matter what the time of year, your visit to Doubtful
Sound will be a magical experience, it is not uncommon to experience 4 seasons in one day at any time of the year.

Can I bring a wine or a beer to have with lunch?
That's fine as long as you don't over indulge.

What wildlife will I see?
Fiordland has a variety of wildlife. Different species
of wildlife are often seen are: birds, keas, weka, kereru,
tomtits, bell birds, robins, pied shags, white fronted
terns, sea gulls, ganets, bullers albatross, blue penguins, fiordland crested penguins, and New Zealand fur seals, bottlenose dolphins, any wildlife sightings are chance encounters and can not be guaranteed.
